As announced by the joint committee of ToyPicasso, TransMY and Hasbro, Hasbro’s Transformers Custom Competition Round One has successfully kicked start on the 19th December 2011.
This will run for 12 days until 1st January where softcopy submission will be halted for top 10 selection process. With 7 entries so far and counting we are anticipating 20-30 more submissions to reach our desks in the final weeks to come.
Malaysian customizers from different collectors-cum-kitbashers groups have gathered to answer the challenge from Hasbro. From the galleries that we see, a lot of talented kitbashing powerhouse have submitted their masterpieces.
The winner of this competition will win 2 entry tickets to Cybertron Con 2012 in Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore that will be held in March 2012 and allowed to bring back the customed Transformers DMK kits that they have assembled and kitbashed.
They will get the privilege of having their submitted Transformers DMK to be displayed during the Cybertron Con event for the world to see. Not only that, they ‘win’ the bragging rights to be in the centre of the media attention.
