Special Prog: Autobots & Military Joint?

The seal is from an organization called "Special Program."

It is unknown what this new program is all about, but judging from the seal, it is pretty safe to assume that it is an alliance between the Autobots and military forces.

The center of the seal contains the Autobot insignia wearing a red military beret, similar to what USAF Tech Sergeant Epps (Tyrese Gibson) wore during the climactic battle at the end of Transformers.
