Rejected Transformers

Those robots who tried and tried and tried again, but never really impressed their bosses or their loved ones or, well, anyone. (I'm kinda sad right now for some reason.)

Anyway, over at Worth 1000, those crazy b-tards recently hosted a contest in which they were looking for readers to come up with the best (or worst, I suppose) rejected Transformers. Some folks just photoshopped together the craziest robot they could think of, but then others actually paid attention to the rules and the theme and produced some pretty funny creations — like the awkward shopping cart Transformer above.

We've posted a few of our favorites in the gallery below (like the wooden transformer who catches fire pretty easily — poor guy).
