Twins in Action
We’ve spoken of the “Twins” character in the past, and there was some speculation that the Ice Cream van character was a red herring. Well, it seems that isn’t the case - we’ve stumbled across some video footage and a call sheet from the set, posted online by someone who must spend his entire life snooping about the streets sniffing out this stuff… and hallelujah to him! 
Administratus Prime The top secret and highly classified call sheet states that the Ice Cream truck splits into two halves to avoid some kids and then leaves them a treat. Further details about whether this is a 99 or a Screwball are not available, but it does seem to prove that the character is an Autobot.
Well, Decepticons would surely not take the trouble to avoid mowing down a couple of children would they? And more to the point, they’d certainly not choose to apologise with frozen dairy products.
