Megan’s Maxim Wrongfully Used

Megan Fox, the 23-year-old sexy burnette actress who recently won various awards at this year's 2009 "Teen Choice Awards" for her performance in "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," has been used in a club promotion--well, her picture that is.

Fox who revealed her flawless tanned skin in a July Issue of Maxim magazine was taken and used for a club in Milwaukee, to promote an event they were having. The flier that showed Fox's cover picture that was flipped 180 degrees is now involved in some legal action with Maxim magazine.

According to TMZ, Maxim said "infringing on Maxim trademarks and copyrights and must immediately cease and desist from using the photograph (or any other Maxim material) from any of their flyers or other advertising material."
