In conjunction of CybertronCon 2012, Cooliris, a social media image gallery program has partnered with Hasbro Transformers to power fan engagement for the CybertronCon event in Singapore from 10-14 March 2012.
CybertronCon will be making use of Cooliris’s LiveShare to enable visitors to share their exciting experience during the event by sharing their photos live on site.
This will unite Transformer fans from around the region both at CybertronCon and online to enjoy the experience together.
LiveShare has made it easy for the sharing to happen via their web app and mobile app which eases interactions between friends to share and communicate through live group photo streams. LiveShare enables fans to connect with fellow fans in a completely new way by sharing photos all in one place.
To use them, LiveShare users will be able to upload and view photos in the “Transformers Cybertron Con” stream with their iPhone or Android device, as well as online at the Transformers Singapore Facebook Page.
Also for that purpose, CybertronCon’s Facebook contest called “Transformers Re-imagined” will also be powered by Liveshare. Hobbyists, designers, celebrities are invited to re-imagine Optimus Prime & Bumblebee in a way you have never seen before and fans can vote for their favorites. Three voters who cast their vote for the winning piece will receive $100 worth of Transformers Product Hamper.
