Due to the overwhelming feedbacks from members and guests of members, I hereby announce that the registration for the Transformers Movie Premiere now officially closed as we have nearly reached the target of 220 seats for 2 theatre screenings.
Gathering registration will proceed as usual until its closing on the 20th June but WITHOUT premiere tickets included. Therefore the fees for gathering without premiere tickets will only be RM60.00 now.
The package still includes all your exlusive giveaways, t-shirt, raffle ticket and membership card.
Late registrants can enquire by PM-ing us (me or Mike) to find out whether we have had premiere tickets allocated for you or not as we are now in the final stage of finalising names and payments.
Just a kind reminder for those who have registered (one/both events) but haven’t paid, please do so now as we are now in the stage of finalising arrangements. Any delay of doing so will affect the distribution of your tags, giveaways, membership cards and other exclusive merchandise.
‘Special’ registrant can make special arrangement of when to pay by contacting Mike personally. Errant registrant who failed to pay before or by 20th June will have their names cancelled from our list without further notice.
By next week, the first wave (gathering) of receipts of payments will be forwarded via email. Right after Robotcon and gathering, the second wave of receipt will be forwared prior to the premiere screenings. The only instruction that you need to do is to print the receipt out. Please remember to bring the receipt along during both events (gathering and premiere). Members who brought guests along during both events are directly responsible on them. So, please maintain your receipts of your guests as proof of registration. Failure to do so will result in you or your guests being barred for entry.
