Administratus Prime 
This version of HFTD The Fallen comes in blue and teal deco. The mould is a slight retool of Voyager Revenge of the Fallen; The Fallen, with assumingly new and movie-accurate hands and head. The new face is removable, revealing a skull beneath, allowing for “give me your face” reenactment possibilities.
The new head also allows for a much greater range of motion for several posing options compared to the original head. He is the first toy of The Fallen to come with the “Command Staff” he wielded in the film, which necessitated the hand remolds so he could hold it. The staff folds in half and pegs underneath the toy in vehicle mode.
