I have reintroduced formats accompanied with some examples for you to see and I hope the formats could be followed to your very best. It is not only for the administration team’s convenience but the most important of all to help and guide your potential buyers to buy from you.
The Format
Thread Name:

Shop details:
[brief] – any introduction on your shop
[contacts] – your hp, email, msn etc
[payment] – what payment you accept? example, paypal, cash, COD, etc
[terms] – any terms? example; ‘all sold goods are not returnable’ or ‘once sold no refund’ or ‘discount 50% for transmyians’ etc
[links] – to your ebay/auction/online sales site listings ONLY, not to other collectors forum!
