Japanese Animated SD’s

Sprocket of The Allspark Forums has posted news and an image for a Transformers Animated Japan promotion of super deformed Transformers character mini-figures. The image shows the mini-figures as illustrated drawings and their unpainted prototypes.

Get a preview of Animated SD Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Prowl, Ratchet, Bulkhead (Ironhide) and Starscream that each comes with a short chain to hang on your cell phone.

Looking more closely at the image. We have come to the conclusion that these are likely products slated for release as in public capsule toys (gashapon) dispensers.
