Shia Banned From Driving

LaBeouf was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after showing "physical signs" of impairment, according to the LA Sheriff's Department.

At the time of the crash, the actor declined a breathalyzer test, though he was warned his failure to take the test might later result in suspension of his license.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office announced in September that there was "insufficient evidence" to charge LaBeouf with a DUI.

LaBeouf's wrist was badly damaged in the accident, and shooting on 'Transformers 2' was interrupted for this recovery. The actor is still seen wearing a brace on his left arm.
